Yes, you should care if you hear someone crying Kyle Homes for sale because Kyle is one of the most beautiful places in the whole of Texas. It is at a distance of mere twenty one miles southwest of the state’s capital Austin, which in its own right is one of the coolest places to live in, at least the accolades and honors it received in recent years suggest so. Ask any Kyle realtor and he will tell you how much Kyle real estate market is influenced by Austin. Another major city influencing Kyle real estate is San Antonio, which is 53 miles southwest of Kyle.

Why should you care about Kyle Homes for sale

Kyle, which is twenty one milers from Austin, is located in the heart of Central Texas. It is the second largest town in the Hays County, which is connected through MoPac Rail Line and IH-35 — better known as the “Backbone of America”.

Keeping up with the growing population of the town, the demand for Kyle homes has increased manifolds in the recent years. According to the United States Census Bureau, the population of Kyle was 5,314 in 2000, which touched 26,103 in 2008. This has put a strong demand on the Kyle Real Estate, which is growing as fast as it could to keep up with one of the fastest growing towns in Texas, and the second largest town in Hays County.

Hundreds of new Kyle homes are being constructed to catch up with the population growth. I talked to a Kyle realtor to find out the reason behind such a surge in the Kyle real estate market, and as I was told that one of big reasons behind such a surge in the Kyle Real Estate market is the low cost of living and high quality of education provided by Hays County Independent School District.

Another big reason for the growth in the Kyle real estate market is the growing numbers of residential developments in the town. Communities like Plum Creek, Hometown Kyle, Kensington Trails, Shadow Creek, Waterleaf community, and Stonefield Community are being constructed. These communities provide all the necessary comforts required for a hassle-free life in the town.

You should care about Kyle homes for sale because like most of suburbs surrounding Austin, Kyle was also not very much affected by the recent crisis in the United States housing market. As the matter of fact, the price of Kyle real estate has escalated during the economic recession. The average price of Kyle homes were well above $135,000 for a good part of 2007 and 2008, and in the last quarter of 2009, the price of an average Kyle home increased by as much as $30,000 to touch $165,000 mark.

Kyle’s proximity to Austin makes it such a big drawer. Residents in the town get the best of both worlds — coziness of a small town, and comfort and convenience of a big city (Austin).

That is why you should care a great deal about Kyle Homes for sale.
